RiceTec and ADAMA have collaborated to improve yields and provide new technology for rice farmers. ADAMA’s Highcard™ is an herbicide for use with the Max-Ace® Rice Cropping Solution for control of troublesome weeds, providing rotation flexibility and superior crop safety.  Applying ADAMA’s HighCard herbicide provides weed control of:

  • Signalgrass
  • Barnyardgrass
  • Sprangletop
  • Weedy/Red/Feral Rice

2023 Rebate Terms

For 2023, Max-Ace growers will be eligible for a $5.50/gallon herbicide rebate by meeting the requirements in the table below. To find your local RiceTec representative, call us at 877.580.7423. Learn more at RiceTec.com/Maxace.

To qualify, a grower must purchase 123 seed acres of Max-Ace rice, 25 gallons of HighCard, and use an average of 26 oz/ac of product.

*Payment will be fulfilled based on a 26 oz. minimum per planted acre with Max-Ace rice. Always refer to the label for specific use instructions.  


Stewardship is critical to all rice herbicide-tolerant systems to prevent the development of herbicide-resistant weedy rice. Growers using the Max-Ace Rice Cropping Solution are required to sign a stewardship agreement when purchasing Max-Ace seed. Stewardship requirements are based on common Best Management Practices for optimum weed control and resistance prevention.
