Summary
The Production Representative will coordinate and perform activities in the field, equipment, planting, herbicides, watering, fertilization, insect management, harvest, and recording all data from rice production. Essential duties include insuring proper field management working with contract grower, identify design field layout for effective land utilization, and insure timely planting, harvesting, and processing of hybrid seed.

Qualifications
The Production Representative position requires a Bachelors degree (B.A.) in Agricultural Science or related field and agricultural experience. Experience with a demonstrated aptitude for farm equipment is a must.
